Value for money but have some not satisfactory

I really like the location. The staff was very helpful and very convenient parking space.

The cleaning of room I'm not satisfied and there have no any toiletries for further use. And the bedsheets was smelly not good.

very good value for the rate, central location. Will definitely stay there again.

Room was simple but meeting all expectations (bit more of storage room/shelves would have been nice). Very good value for the rate. It was good value for money.

Room is big and clean. Aircon worked well. Other facilities also functioning well. The hotel is nearby convenience store. The breakfast is located at the 11th floor and we really like the ambience of the sea view. The breakfast buffet has an average spread of choices. The F&B staff are friendly and helpful. Check in process was fast. Parking is available just next to the hotel. It is a cashless parking, can use Touch N Go and hotel will validate the Touch N Go Card. Parking area is safe as there is a security guard.

1. There was a restaurant next door which opened till late midnight and has live band and people sang songs which was super noisy. We had to wait until late midnight before we could really fell asleep. 2. Bath Tub was placed quite high from the floor and could increase the chance to fall down. Not recommended for those travelling with elderly people.

The panoramic sea view from the hotel room is nice.

The room always neat and tidy after make up. Staff are friendly and easy to communicate. The panoramic sea view from the hotel room is nice.

Bathroom ceiling paint peeling with fungus. Peeling may drop off anytime when showing. I have to remove them to prevent it from fallling. The lower floor room sea view is partly blocked. After we change room to 7th floor, the view is nice.

Overall we enjoy our stay here.

Hotel location is good. All places at walking distance. Facilities such as ironing, hair dryer, fridge are available. Room service is good, they change towel and clear the bin everyday. Staff was helpful.

Water heater was not functioning on day 2. Already reported but no one shows. Hotel parking was limited. On our 2nd night, we came back late, we have to park at private parking which cost us RM20++ per night.
